Customization Flow
We keep the system simple on purpose: customers submit requests online, and you manage production progress manually through Supabase without building a heavy admin.
Get a handcrafted preview
We review the request manually and prepare a preview draft. That preview is uploaded to your order progress page for confirmation.
Approve and follow progress
Once approved, we move into sculpting, painting, quality check, and shipping. Every milestone is visible in your tracking page.
Upload preview to the order page
You add a preview image in Supabase Storage, mark the order as preview ready, and the customer sees it instantly on their tracking page.
Finalize with partner attribution
If an order uses a school or club code, the partner and commission rate are saved with the order so your later settlement is straightforward.
Move from quote to production
You can start with manual pricing and payment confirmation first, then connect Stripe later without rebuilding the website structure.
